There is a season change right around the corner. We recommend a thorough safety inspection. When you have the inspection performed, have the following items checked:

• tire condition and inflation
• all lights (you will be using them as the day-light hours get shorter)
• battery condition (climate and temperature changes affect battery life)
• replace wipers and check washer system
• check all fluid levels and their condition
• brake inspection
• all belts and hoses
• check heater and defroster operation
• check exhaust system for leaks (also check under body for holes that could cause exhaust to enter the car)
• we recommend that you change coolant and have the system flushed every two years (smog check time is a good time for this because it is also every two years)
