Barry’s Auto Service is pleased to announce the newest addition to our services.
Barry’s Auto Service has formed an alliance with Delphi, a world leader in supplying components and technology to domestic and import car and light truck manufacturers. Aligning with Delphi will allow us to have access to the tools, information and training necessary to diagnose and repair your vehicles faster and better than ever before. We, as always, will continue to service and repair your vehicles with the best parts available, including the original equipment parts supplied by Delphi. We have purchased the latest diagnostic tools available that we will use to check your vehicle’s computer system to see if any problems are developing that may affect performance, emissions and more importantly fuel economy.
When you bring your vehicle to us, we will perform a “walk around” inspection that consists of a visual inspection of exterior and under the hood components that effect the operation and safety of your vehicle. We will also perform a “SBQC” (Service Bay Quality Control) inspection that checks the vehicle computer systems for any current or pending problems. These tests will take anywhere from 5-10 minutes the first time you bring a vehicle in for service, then approximately 3-5 minutes thereafter. We will be happy to print a copy of this report and go over any recommendations and answer any questions you may have.
The vehicle will then proceed to the service bays, where our technicians will perform the rest of the inspections from checking all the lights, to checking under the vehicle and hood for any developing problems.
All vehicles are now entered into our computer database for our exclusive use to better service your needs. Our new database allows us to track repairs, follow factory recommendations and notify you of any recommendations that the manufacturer, or we, recommend. We can, if you desire, send to you via regular, or e-mail these recommendations.
All of these changes are intended for us to better serve you and your vehicle’s needs.
Now for the best part: all of these added benefits are absolutely FREE to you. There will be no added charges for the inspections, or any of the additional benefits of our new systems.
